Steve first came to identify the type of window installed, and see if he could find replacement parts, as the windows were quite old. He kept us informed at every step of the way, excellent customer service. The work was done within a few days, at the times that he said that he was going to arrive, and the price was what I expected £80-100. Much cheaper than the quote from my original installer, who said I had to replace the whole window at a cost of over £600. He also gave advice on maintenance of the windows. We would definitely recommend this firm.

Excellent service. Good communication throughout. On attending for the estimate noticed some extra little jobs that could be done if I wanted - very much appreciated. There was a minor issue on the day which was solved very quickly. I invited 3 quotes for the job and this company was the most reasonable. Pleased to recommend the company. Would happiliy use them again.

An estimate for the job was given which we accepted, and were advised the work would take approx two weeks, which it did. The workman came on time and completed swiftly, professionally, and the priced turned out under quote given.

Stephen and Barry did an excellent job. Friendly and efficient service with care taken to protect the area around the work to avoid unnessary mess. They had pride in their work and were very focused on delivering customer satisfaction.
